Its been awhile since I have written and I really need to get back on track with things. I want to lose more weight and I have got to get motivated to do so! I really want this for myself. I have found a picture that I really love of myself and put it up on my dream/wish board that I look at everyday. Its a positive thing, and it will motivate me to get towards my goal. I think having the right mind set and eating better is going to help me now matter what. I know what I would love to look like, and I am thinking on that each and every day and seeing myself looking that way! I have lost weight and you can really see it in my face. It makes me feel so good to look at myself and know that the real Kimi is in there somewhere!

Breakfast

2 slices of white bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of chicken breast lunch meat
handful of cracked pepper and salt potato chips
coke zero
Dinner

salad with lettuce, cheese, mushrooms, radishes
2 tbs of thousand island dressing
dasani water
